Unopened Products

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Opened Products

If you've opened a product and are not satisfied, we offer a one-time exchange for a different strain or product of equal value. We want you to find the right product for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items, contact us immediately. We will reship the correct products at no charge or issue a full refund. Please include photos of any damage.
